Various financial metrics for U.S. Gas & Electric have been reported in an investor presentation regarding the previously reported transaction (see details here) under which Equus Total Return, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire MVC Capital, Inc.'s largest portfolio holding, U.S. Gas & Electric, Inc.

U.S. Gas & Electric recorded Adjusted EBITDA of $35.5 million in 2016, versus $32.3 million in 2015.

U.S. Gas & Electric gross profit was $75.7 million in 2016, versus $67.7 million in 2015

U.S. Gas & Electric sales were $255.4 million in 2016, versus $256.5 million in 2015

U.S. Gas & Electric was serving over 375,000 residential customer equivalents (RCEs) as of January 31, 2017

As of January 31, 2017, 53% of USG&E’s RCEs were residential and 47% were commercial.

As of January 31, 2017, 61% of USG&E’s RCEs were electric and 39% were natural gas.
