Update: Winning Retail Supplier To Serve Certain Low-Income Customers At Dayton Power & Light Ohio Disclosed

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has disclosed that AEP Energy, Inc. was selected to serve 100% of the load of Dayton Power & Light's electricity Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP) customers for the term June 1, 2017 through May 31, 2018

AEP Energy, Inc.'s winning bid price was $50.20 per MWh

As previously reported, Constellation NewEnergy was selected as the PIPP supplier for all or part of the PIPP load at Duke Energy Ohio, AEP Ohio, and the FirstEnergy Ohio EDCs

Only retail suppliers are eligible to serve the PIPP load under the competitive procurements
