Voltus, Inc., announced that Jon Wellinghoff and Phil Giudice have joined its Strategic Advisory Board.

Voltus is engaged in providing a variety of energy management services for end users, including procuring competitive electric and natural gas supply. Voltus also offers various demand response and energy management solutions

Wellinghoff previously served as Chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, as general counsel at Nevada Public Utilities Commission, and as the State of Nevada's Advocate for Customers of Public Utilities. Wellinghoff currently serves as a Principal at Policy/DER and previously served as Chief Policy Officer for SolarCity

Giudice is currently the CEO of Ambri, an energy storage company. Giudice previously served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and board member at EnerNOC. Giudice also previously served as Massachusetts' Undersecretary of Energy and as Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources
