The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted EnergyServ Solutions Inc. an electric aggregator certificate to pool residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
EnergyServ is led by Brian Woods, who serves as owner and principal.
Woods previously served as Director, C&I Sales at Frontier Utilities, as Channel Manager at AP Gas & Electric, and as Business Development Manager at First Choice Power
