Start-Up Texas Retail Provider Receives Approval For Name Change
The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted the start-up Texas retail electric provider formerly known as Plug Energy, LLC an amendment to its Texas REP certificate to reflect a change in the certificated name to Pogo Energy LLC.
As previously reported, the leadership of Pogo Energy LLC includes Phil Terry, Chief Executive Officer, and Herb Roberts, Chief Operating Officer
Roberts previously served as Director of Multifamily Sales at Direct Energy and EVP at REPower Energy.
