Texas REP Receives Amendment To Certificate Reflecting Change In Ownership
The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted Golden Rule Enterprises, LLC, an Option 2 REP, an amendment to its Texas REP certificate to reflect, as described by Golden Rule in its application, "approval of the change in ownership and transfer of REP Certificate from Golden Rule Enterprises, LLC to Pumpjack Power, LLC."
Pumpjack Power is currently a trade name used by Golden Rule Enterprises. As part of its REP certificate amendment, Golden Rule Enterprises did not publicly list any change in officers. A PUC Staff memo noted that Golden Rule submitted its application to amend its REP certificate in advance of the change in control
