Another Texas REP Agrees To Fund Balance Of Costs Needed For Texas PUC To Produce Low-Income Customer Sync List
Pursuant to Senate Bill 1976, Champion Energy Services filed with the Texas PUC a formal request for production and receipt of a list of its low income electric customers for the state fiscal year beginning on September 1, 2017.
Champion also affirmed its agreement to contribute to the "remaining" $20,000 on a pro rata basis toward the reimbursement of the PUC's costs to provide this list in the forthcoming fiscal year.
