Trump Names McIntyre To FERC, Designated As Chair

President Trump has nominated Kevin McIntyre to be a Member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, for the term expiring June 30, 2018, and an additional term expiring June 30, 2023

Upon confirmation, McIntyre shall be designated Chairman.

McIntyre is the co-leader of the global Energy Practice at the law firm Jones Day, where he has practiced law for most of his nearly 30-year legal career.
