More Texas REPs Agree To Fund Balance Of Costs Needed For Texas PUC To Produce Low-Income Customer Sync List

Several additional Texas retail electric providers filed with the Texas PUC formal requests for production and receipt of a list of their low-income electric customers for the state fiscal year beginning on September 1, 2017.

Each REP agreed to contribute funding for the list, under the parameters set forth in a PUC Staff memo

REPs newly requesting the lists were:

• Direct Energy, LP

• First Choice Power, LLC

• Bounce Energy Inc.

• CPL Retail Energy, LP

• WTU Retail Energy, LP

• Just Energy Texas, LP

• Fulcrum Retail Energy LLC d/b/a Amigo Energy

• Tara Energy, LLC

• NRG Retail, for customers served by Reliant Energy Retail Services LLC, Green Mountain Energy Company, and US Retailers LLC (Cirro).

As previously reported, TXU and Champion Energy Services have each also requested the lists and have agreed to fund the lists
