Additional Texas REPs Agree To Fund Low-Income Customer Sync List

Several additional Texas retail electric providers filed with the Texas PUC formal requests for production and receipt of a list of their low-income electric customers for the state fiscal year beginning on September 1, 2017.

Each REP agreed to contribute funding for the list, under the parameters set forth in a PUC Staff memo

REPs newly requesting the lists were:

• Gexa Energy, LP

• Brooklet Energy Distribution, LLC d/b/a Acacia Energy

As previously reported, the following REPs previously requested receipt of such list and agreed to funding:

• TXU Energy

• Champion Energy Services

• Direct Energy, LP

• First Choice Power, LLC

• Bounce Energy Inc.

• CPL Retail Energy, LP

• WTU Retail Energy, LP

• Just Energy Texas, LP

• Fulcrum Retail Energy LLC d/b/a Amigo Energy

• Tara Energy, LLC

• NRG Retail, for customers served by Reliant Energy Retail Services LLC, Green Mountain Energy Company, and US Retailers LLC (Cirro).
