More Texas REPs Request, Agree To Fund, Low-Income Customer Sync List
Several additional Texas retail electric providers filed with the Texas PUC formal requests for production and receipt of a list of their low-income electric customers for the state fiscal year beginning on September 1, 2017.
Each REP listed below agreed to contribute funding for the list, under the parameters set forth in a PUC Staff memo
The requests from these REPs were dated July 31, 2017
REPs newly requesting the lists were:
• Stream SPE, Ltd.
• Ambit Texas, LLC
