Just Energy Purchases, Launches Energy Efficiency, LED Retrofit Business
In an earnings call this morning, Just Energy said that it has purchased and launched a start-up B2B energy efficiency and LED retrofitting business
The new business is branded Just Energy Advanced Solutions
Just Energy said that the new business offers commercial customers commodity plus savings through energy efficiency devices under a no-CapEx, high return business model
The new energy efficiency business was launched in Ontario and Just Energy is actively pursuing expansion to key U.S. states
Just Energy said that the new business helps differentiate its commercial business, where the company has seen attrition due to a competitive pricing environment (see related story today)
