The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio scheduled a workshop for October 3, 2017 concerning the periodic five-year review of several of the retail electric and natural gas rules

Subject to the review are Ohio Adm. Code Chapters:

4901:1-10 - Electric Companies (billing, coordination)

4901:1-21 - Competitive Retail Electric Service Providers (marketing, disclosures, switching authorization, billing)

4901:1-23 - Enforcement (electric)

4901:1-24 - Certification of CRES Providers

4901:1-27 - Certification of Governmental Aggregators and Retail Natural Gas Suppliers

4901:1-28 - Opt-out Aggregation

4901:1-29 - Minimum Standards for Competitive Retail Natural Gas Service (marketing, disclosures, switching authorization, billing)

4901:1-30 - Regulatory assessment and reporting requirements.

4901:1-31 - Opening areas to competitive retail natural gas service.

4901:1-32 - Gas: Determination of Allowable Capacity and Commodity Costs

4901:1-33 - Not-for-profit customer declarations of nonmercantile status.

4901:1-34 - Noncompliance (gas)
