Sharyland Resumes Execution Of DNPs, Other Service Orders As Transitory Fleet Fuel Issues Resolved

Sharyland Utilities said in a September 1 market notice that transitory fuel supplier issues that had prompted the suspension of service orders, except for Outage orders, Reconnect for Non-pays, and De-energized Residential Move-Ins, have been resolved and Sharyland has resumed normal processing of Service Orders.

Service orders previously received were completed as scheduled. September 4, 2017 was a designated company holiday and is not considered a Field Operational Day.

Normal processing of Service Orders has resumed. REPs may resubmit any orders for which they have received a reject or unexecutable response.

Due to the holiday, all market transactions received with a request date of Monday, September 4, 2017 will be rescheduled for September 5, 2017 as appropriate. This notice regarding the company holiday relates to both Sharyland and Sharyland-McAllen.
