CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric (CEHE) said in a September 5 market notice that it will resume the execution of disconnect for non-pay (DNP) transactions on September 30, 2017

CEHE is currently not performing DNPs

CEHE Energy will resume the execution of all non-AMS transactions (except DNP) throughout the CEHE Service Territory effective Wednesday, September 6, 2017.

AMS transactions that cannot be successfully executed via the AMS system will also be routed to the field. Field orders may be turned down if CEHE personnel cannot reach the premise due to high water.

CEHE will continue to accept and process AMS Move-in and Move-out transactions on Sundays through October 1, 2017. CEHE had previously begun accepting and processing Move-In and Move-Out EDI transactions for AMS meters with date-wanted of Sundays or Holidays in order to expedite the Move-In process following Hurricane Harvey.

Separately, AEP Texas said in a September 5 market notice that it has extended the Weather Moratorium for the Texas Central Division through Friday, September 8, 2017 for the counties in TCC listed below, only. Disconnect for Non-Pay orders will be rejected until the moratorium is lifted.

TCC counties which remain under Weather Moratorium: are

• Aransas

• Caldwell

• Calhoun

• Colorado

• Gonzales

• Jackson

• Kleberg

• Live Oak

• Matagorda

• Nueces

• Refugio

• San Patricio

• Victoria

• Wharton
