Start-up Led By Market Vet Receives Texas Aggregator Certificate
The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted start-up Excite Energy LLC an electric aggregator certificate to pool C&I customers
Excite Energy LLC has said in its initial application that it would serve owners of commercial (office), retail, multifamily buildings and industrial facilities.
According to a certificate of formation included with the application, the managing member for Excite Energy LLC is Photon Energy Corp.
Photon Energy Corp. is a retail electric broker/consultant and also offers renewable energy options
John Green serves as CEO of Excite Energy LLC. Green has performed energy consultation (including supply procurement and pricing), conservation analysis, and scheduling of power consumption to multiple entities since 2000, and has been involved in the development of renewable energy generation.
