Ohio Schedules Workshop On Review of Merchant Function Exit Rules, Alternatives Default Service

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio scheduled a workshop for October 10, 2017 concerning the periodic five-year review of Ohio Adm.Code Chapter 4901:1-19, which contains the rules regarding alternative rate plans (merchant function exit, etc.)

Alternative rate plans include the existing Standard Choice Offer, and related customer protections, in place at Dominion East Ohio, Columbia, and Vectren.
