PSC Approves 4x Increase in POR Discount

The Maryland PSC approved new purchase of receivables discount rates at Baltimore Gas & Electric (electricity), Pepco, and Delmarva.

At BGE, the new POR discounts are effective September 29, 2017. The PSC accepted BGE's latest revisions, which removed, at the PSC's direction, certain costs that had been initially proposed in the discount (see discussion here)

Baltimore Gas & Electric's new electric POR discount rates are as follows (current and initially proposed discounts provided for comparison):
