Two Broker-Consultants Merge, Combined Firm Will "Aggressively" Pursue Further M&A
Broker-consultant Energy Professionals, LLC announced that it is merging with competitor North American Energy Advisory (NAEA)
The merged firm will operate under the name Energy Professionals
Jim Mathers, President of NAEA, will retain that title for Energy Professionals
Mathers said that, "We will continue to grow organically while aggressively pursuing acquisitions to speed our growth."
