The Pennsylvania PUC granted Spring Energy RRH, LLC d/b/a Spring Power & Gas an electric supplier license to serve residential and small commercial (25 kW and under demand) customers in all service areas. The Pennsylvania PUC also granted Spring Energy RRH, LLC d/b/a Spring Power & Gas a natural gas supplier license to serve residential and small commercial (under 6,000 MCF annually) customers in the natural gas distribution company service territories of Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc., National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, PECO Energy Company, Peoples Natural Gas Company, LLC, Peoples Natural Gas Company, LLC - Equitable Division, Peoples Gas Company, LLC, Philadelphia Gas Works, UGI Central Penn Gas, UGI Penn Natural Gas, UGI Utilities, Inc., and Valley Energy

Ethanol Producer Receives Retail Supplier License

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Pennsylvania Grain Processing, LLC, which is engaged in ethanol production, an electric supplier license to serve industrial customers at Penelec, for the purpose of self-serving its load. PGP will not engage in the retail sale of power to other customers

Electricity Ratings, LLC Receives License In New State

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Electricity Ratings, LLC an electric broker/marketer license to serve residential, small commercial (25 kW and under demand), large commercial (over 25 kW demand), industrial, and governmental customers in all service areas. Electricity Ratings, LLC operates various energy shopping websites in several states including Ohio, New Jersey, Connecticut, New York, and Texas, such as TexasElectricityRatings.com
