Retail Market Veterans Form New Company To Acquire Retail Energy Brokerage Businesses

Jason Helms and Jeremiah Collins, formerly of GSE Consulting, LP, have formed International Power Holding Co., "for the express purpose of acquiring retail energy brokerage businesses in North America."

"International Power Holding Co. currently has two businesses under contract: Gulf Plains Energy, LLC ('Gulf Plains') and Quadrangle Energy Partners, LLC ('Quadrangle')," the company said in a news release.

Collectively, Gulf Plains and Quadrangle have offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Champaign, Illinois, Peoria, Illinois and Mexico City.

Among other services, Gulf Plains and Quadrangle provide retail brokerage / consulting services to large commercial and industrial clients, as well as municipalities.

Collectively, Gulf Plains and Quadrangles’ clients include: refineries, multiple national real estate portfolios, school districts, municipalities, two large scale aggregations, restaurant chains, manufacturers and natural gas procurement for a power plant in the Midwest.
