More New York Cities, Towns Approve Municipal Aggregations

The Municipal Electric and Gas Alliance, which as reported last week received New York PSC approval for its opt-out municipal aggregation implementation plan, with an initial list of municipalities, informed the PSC that additional towns have approved opt-out aggregations to be run by MEGA

Five additional CCA Local Approval Packages were filed: from the City of Hornell, Town of Owego and Village of Burdett in MEGA’s NYSEG C Aggregation Group, as well as the Town of Lebanon and Village of Delhi in MEGA’s NYSEG E Aggregation Group.
