Broker Newly Acquired By Parent of Retail Supplier Receives New License

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Interactive Energy Group LLC (IEG) an electric broker license to serve all customer classes in all service areas

As previously reported, Interactive Energy Group LLC (IEG) is the new brand for former commercial energy brokerage and consulting divisions of Save On Energy, LLC, which were recently acquired by Just Energy

As previously reported, Just Energy Group Inc. indirectly acquired assets of the Save On Energy commercial brokerage, including all customer relationships. The entire commercial brokerage team has transitioned over to IEG, Interactive Energy Group had said in a broker license application.

IEG operates as an independent broker from Just Energy, IEG said in one of its applications for a new broker license
