BGE Files New SOS Rates
Baltimore Gas & Electric has filed new Type II SOS rates for the period beginning December 1, 2017
Consistent with historic practice, BGE has only filed updated tariffs reflecting new Type II SOS rates for the period beginning December 1, 2017. Procurements of SOS supply for residential and Type I SOS for the period beginning June 1, 2018 have been completed; however, BGE does not file tariff revisions of such rates until it receives settlement data to shape certain Time of Use rate classes.
Additionally, BGE has not yet posted indicative SOS prices for the June 1, 2018 residential and Type I rate on its Electric Supply Price Comparison Information website. Typically, BGE will post the indicative summer 2018 SOS rates on its website in advance of a formal tariff filing, and since the settlement data only impacts the TOU SOS rates, such indicative data for non-TOU classes is unchanged when filed in tariff form
BGE's Type II SOS rates for the period beginning December 1, 2017 are below. These rates include both generation AND transmission but do not include reconciliation (Rider 8)
