Consistent with a previously adopted process, the Maine PUC approved new Standard Offer prices for customers at Emera Maine-Maine Public District (MPD), the former Maine Public Service (MPS) service area

The PUC adopted a rate of $0.07423/kWh, fixed for the period January 2018 to December 2018, for the Emera-MPD Residential and Small Commercial Class. This compares to the current rate of $0.07049/kWh through December 31, 2017.

The PUC adopted the following rates for the Medium Commercial Class at Emera-MPD:
