Stream Launches Energy Services In New State

Stream (Stream Energy) officially launched its line of energy services in Delaware, with electricity supply offered to customers

At launch, customers in Delaware may choose from, "Stream’s six-month fixed-rate plan at 2 percent below the incumbent and 12-month fixed-rate energy plan at competitive market pricing," the company said

Specifically, Stream is offering residential customers at Delmarva in Delaware the following fixed products:

6 Month Fixed     8.00¢/kWh
12 Month Fixed    8.20¢/kWh

The six-month product has a $75 early termination fee, and the 12-month product has a $150 early termination fee

This is the company’s second energy expansion in 2017, following the opening of the Illinois market in September.

Delaware is the eighth state added to Stream’s energy retail provider footprint, which includes Texas, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Georgia, Maryland and Illinois, plus Washington, D.C.
