Texas Retail Provider Said To Cease Operations

A filing made with the Public Utility Commission of Texas on January 3, stated to be filed by Jade Energy, LLC d/b/a Bose Power & Electric (REP Certificate #10222), stated that Jade Energy is ceasing operations as a retail electric provider and filed to relinquish its certificate

The filing stated that Jade Energy ceased operations as a REP on December 31, 2017

The filing stated that, at the time immediately prior to its cessation of operations, Jade Energy, LLC had only one customer, which was the home of its president as stated in its filings, and that electric service to such account was switched to OnPac Energy effective December 29, 2017.
