Texas REP Seeks Amended Certificate To Begin Collecting Deposits, Advance Payments

SFE Energy Texas, Inc. applied for an amendment to its Texas retail electric provider certificate to receive authorization to collect customer deposits and/or residential advance payments

PSEG Energy Solutions Receives Authority To Serve New Customers

The Pennsylvania PUC granted PSEG Energy Solutions LLC an amended retail electric supplier license to include service to, in mixed meter situations only, residential and small commercial (under 25 kW) customers in all service areas. PSEG Energy Solutions had been previously authorized to serve large commercial (over 25 kW), industrial, and governmental customers in all service areas. In its application for authority to serve small customers in mixed meter scenarios only, PSEG Energy Solutions said that it, "has no intention at this time to separately market to any residential or small commercial customers."

Vista Energy Receives Authority To Serve New Service Areas

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Vista Energy Marketing, LP an amended natural gas supplier license to include service to residential and all sizes of commercial customers at UGI Central Penn Gas, UGI Penn Natural Gas, and UGI Utilities. Previously, Vista Energy had received authority to serve such customers at Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, Inc., National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, PECO Energy Company, Peoples Natural Gas Company, LLC, Peoples Natural Gas Company, LLC - Equitable Division, Peoples Gas Company, LLC, and Philadelphia Gas Works
