Broker Acquired By Energy Procurement Holding Co.
Effective January 1, 2018, On-Demand Energy, LP. has been acquired by Kinect Energy, Inc. and World Fuel Services, Inc. (WFS)
Under the acquisition, Kinect Energy is the general partner and WFS is the limited partner of On-Demand Energy, LP.
World Fuel Services, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of World Fuel Services Corporation. Kinect Energy, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of World Fuel Services, Inc.
World Fuel Services Corporation is the parent of electricity and natural gas procurement advisors and brokers Kinect Energy Group and U.S. Energy Services, Inc., and also owns various retail energy companies.
