Pepco has informed the District of Columbia PSC that it is taking new federal tax law changes into account in setting the SOS electric rates for the period beginning June 1, 2018 (2018-19 SOS rates)

Pepco sought an extension to file new SOS rates for the period beginning June 1, 2018 in order to, among other things, "incorporate recent federal tax legislation in its Administrative Charge."
