Start-up Retail Provider Led By Veteran Energy Trader Receives Texas REP Certificate
The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted start-up Windrose Power & Gas, LLC an Option 1 Texas retail electric provider certificate.
As previously reported, Windrose Power and Gas is led by Thomas Strickland, President. Strickland is a veteran energy marketer and trader who has held VP positions at Pacific Summit Energy, Cheniere Marketing, Inc., and Cinergy Marketing and Trading
Windrose Power & Gas received approval for use of the trade name Windrose Energy
