PSC Accepts New BGE SOS Admin. Charges (Adders), Lowered By Tax Cuts
The Maryland PSC has approved as filed Baltimore Gas & Electric's new SOS administrative charges (bypassable adders), which, apart from the customary update, have been lowered due to recent federal tax legislation
The PSC accepted the new SOS admin. charges as follows, effective Feb. 1. The table below shows the prior admin. charge, the original update filed prior to the tax cut impact, and the final approved rates reflecting the tax cut impacts:
The PSC also accepted new SOS rates for the period beginning Feb. 1 due to the change in SOS admin. charge, as well as June 1, due to recent SOS bidding. See the resulting SOS rates here:
