AEP Texas To Provide Merger Savings Credit To Retail Electric Providers In September 2018, Sets Amounts

AEP Texas has filed at the Public Utility Commission of Texas to provide retail electric providers with a contemplated credit for various merger savings and credits from the previously reported merger of AEP Texas's central and northern divisions into a single operating company.

AEP Texas proposed to issue the credits due thus far to REPs via a one-month credit, in the revenue month of September 2018, beginning with the first billing cycle in September 2018.
