Retail Supplier Names New Customer Experience And Consumer Services Manager
Santanna Energy Services named John Marinelli as Customer Experience and Consumer Services Manager
Marinelli will be responsible for Customer Service, Quality Assurance, and Customer Communications for Santanna.
Marinelli comes to Santanna Energy Services with over 20 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience and Customer Retention. Most recently, Marinelli worked as a Director of Customer Service and Retention at Endurance Warranty Services. There, he increased retention by over 6% and reduced the number of consumer complaints by 30% in 2017.
