Update: AEP Texas Provides Info On How Merger Savings Credit Will Be Provided To Retail Electric Providers
In a market notice, AEP Texas has informed Texas retail electric providers how it will provide REPs with certain merger savings credits.
As first reported by EnergyChoiceMatters.com, AEP Texas has filed at the PUCT to issue the credits due thus far to REPs via a one-month credit, in the revenue month of September 2018, beginning with the first billing cycle in September 2018.

AEP Texas said in the market notice that it will use SAC04 code "RRR008" for the Merger Credit, and include the appropriate description in the SAC15 field (example: "Merger Savings Credit – Residential")
