Spark Energy To Acquire Retail Supplier
HIKO Energy, LLC has notified the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority that it will undergo a change of control in early March 2018, whereby Spark Holdco, LLC, the parent company of Spark Energy, LLC (Spark) will acquire 100% of the membership interest in HIKO, thereby effecting a change of control.
Connecticut HIKO customers will continue to be served under their existing contracts, under the HIKO brand. HIKO will continue to operate as it has previously been operating, HIKO said in a PURA filing
