NRG EVP Assumes National Business Development Duties, NRG Also Names New General Counsel

NRG Energy announced that, effective March 16, 2018, David R. Hill will be stepping down from his position as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of NRG Energy, Inc.

The position of General Counsel will be assumed by Brian Curci, currently Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for NRG.

Mr. Hill will remain with the Company in an advisory role for several months to support the transition of certain regulatory and government affairs matters.

In addition, effective March 16, 2018, John Chillemi will be stepping down from his position as Executive Vice President, National Business Development at NRG.

Mr. Chillemi’s responsibilities will be assumed by Christopher Moser, NRG's Executive Vice President, Operations.

Mr. Chillemi will also remain with the Company in an advisory role for several months to support the transition of certain development projects for NRG
