Retail Energy Veterans Leading New Start-up Retail Supplier

Retail energy veteran Bill Kinneary serves as CEO of Powervine Energy. Kinneary previously served as President at North American Power and VP, Marketing at Infinite Energy. Kinneary also served as President at KeySpan Energy Supply and Vice President and COO at KeySpan Energy Services. Kinneary held a variety of roles at Brooklyn Union Gas, including GM of Rates & Regulation
Marc Davis serves as Vice President, Marketing and Sales at Powervine Energy. Davis previously served as Head of Residential Marketing at Talen Energy and Senior Marketing Manager at Reliant Energy
Stacy Havlicek serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Powervine Energy. Havlicek previously served as VP, Commodity Supply at North American Power and Gas, LLC, and has held various trading positions at Hess and Morgan Stanley
Sanford Energy Associates, LLC will be filing an application with the PUC for a license to supply electricity or electric generation services as (1) a generator and supplier of electric power, (2) a broker/marketer engaged in the business of supplying electricity, and (3) an aggregator engaged in the business of supplying electricity.
Sanford Energy Associates stated that it will also be filing an application with the PUC for a license to supply natural gas supply services as (1) a supplier of natural gas, and (2) a broker/marketer engaged in the business of providing natural gas services.
Sanford Energy Associates, LLC proposes to sell electricity, natural gas, and related services at Columbia Gas, Equitable Gas, National Fuel Gas Distribution, PECO Gas, Peoples Natural Gas, Peoples TWP LLC, Philadelphia Gas Works, UGI Gas, UGI Central Penn, UGI Pen Natural, Valley Energy, Citizen's Electric, Duquesne Light, Met Ed, PECO Electric, Penelec, Penn Power, Pike County, PPL, UGI Electric, Wellsboro, and West Penn Power
A trademark filing for Powervine states that the company will offer retail energy services and will include incentive award programs for customers through issuance and processing of loyalty points for purchase of a company's goods and services
Powervine's website states that, "For every dollar you spend, you accrue Powervine Points that are redeemable at major retailers and online stores." These are to include dining, shopping, family fun, local deals, travel, and more
Powervine's website states that its electricity plans will include at least 25% renewable energy, with 100% green as an option. Powervine website states that it will purchase greenhouse gas offsets on every customer’s behalf to reduce natural gas emissions.
