Westchester, NY Municipal Aggregation Authorized To Expand

Consistent with the process set forth in the order initially authorizing the Sustainable Westchester (SW) opt-out municipal aggregation to begin service, Department of Public Service Staff has approved a filing from SW to add the Village of Croton-on-Hudson to the aggregation
Sustainable Westchester, as a Community Choice Aggregation Administrator, is now authorized to request data for the Village of Croton-on-Hudson and implement its community choice aggregation program in that Village consistent with PSC orders.
