Retail Supplier Requests Hearing On Notice Of Violation, Seeks Settlement

Spark Energy, LLC has requested a hearing before the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority regarding the March 21, 2018 Notice of Violation and Assessment of Civil Penalty issued to Spark

Spark also requested that the Authority appoint one or more members of Authority staff to serve as members of a Prosecutorial Unit solely for the purpose of facilitating settlement discussions among the parties.
"Spark is prepared to enter into settlement discussions that it believes will result in a fair and just resolution of this matter. In order to facilitate those settlement discussions, Spark requests that the Authority appoint one or more members of Authority staff to serve as members of a Prosecutorial Unit," Spark said in its motion
