ENGIE Subsidiary Names New CEO

ENGIE Storage, formerly Green Charge today named Christopher Tilley as Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining ENGIE Storage, Tilley worked at Alta Energy as Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to Alta, Tilley was CEO of SunLink, a balance of system equipment and service provider to the solar industry. Prior to SunLink, Tilley was President & CFO of Prevalent Power, a California solar integrator. Earlier in his career, Tilley worked at Bechtel, Booz Allen and Santander Investment with a focus on the energy sector.
Tilley succeeds Founder Vic Shao who will remain with the company as chairman and will lead international energy storage business development efforts on behalf of ENGIE.
