ConEd, O&R Implement EDI Changes To Accommodate ESCO Bill Credits To Low-Income Customers

Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. and Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. (the Companies), in a letter to the New York PSC, confirmed that they have completed testing and implementing EDI changes necessary to accommodate bill credits to Assistance Program Participants (APP).
