Texas Retail Provider Would Pay $5,000 Under Settlement With PUCT Staff

Mansfield Power & Gas LLC would pay $5,000 under a settlement with Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas to resolve an investigation of Mansfield for alleged violations of 16 Tex. Admin. Code § 25.107 (TAC), relating to reporting requirements for retail electric providers (REPs) for reporting year 2017

The settlement agreement states, "For reporting year 2017, Mansfield failed to file a complete 2017 Semi-Annual Report in a timely manner, as required by 16 TAC §25.107(i)(5)."
