An initial April 24 RFP to secure a retail supplier (or suppliers) to serve 100% of Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP) load at AEP Ohio saw zero conforming bids submitted, and no load was awarded in the auction

The RFP was for service from June 1, 2018 to May 31, 2019 and had included a benchmark price (price to beat) of $49.35 per MWh
