Planet Energy (Ohio) Corp. has informed the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio that it will not use the trade name "U.S. Energy Plus" which it had recently registered.

"Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and to avoid legal action we have decided to abandon our trade name, U.S. Energy Plus," Planet Energy (Ohio) Corp. said in a letter to PUCO. Planet Energy (Ohio) Corp. has cancelled its registration of the trade name U.S. Energy Plus with the Ohio Secretary of State

Planet Energy (Ohio) Corp. informed PUCO that it will now be using Riterate Energy as its trade name.
