Potomac Edison has filed with the Maryland PSC proposed new POR discount rates to be effective June 1, 2018

The residential POR discount would increase from the current 0% discount to 0.4643%

Potomac Edison's proposed new POR discount rates are as follows:

           Current Discount    6/1/18 Discount
Residential    0.0000%           0.4643%
Type I         0.0000%           0.0000%
Type II        0.0000%           0.0000%
Hourly         0.0000%           0.0000%

Zero discount rates reflect the zeroing-out of negative discount rates which would otherwise result from the POR calculations, consistent with PSC precedent

Rates remain subject to PSC approval.
