ERCOT Receives Notification of Suspension of Operations

ERCOT received a Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for the following Generation Resources:
• CITY OF GARLAND (RE) - Spencer (SPNCE_4)
• CITY OF GARLAND (RE) - Spencer (SPNCE_5)
The NSO indicates that both Resources will suspend operations on a year-round basis (i.e., mothball) beginning October 3, 2018, with a Seasonal Operation Period of June 1 through September 30.
The NSO further indicates that Spencer (SPNCE_4) has a summer Seasonal Net Max Sustainable Rating of 57 MW, and a summer Seasonal Net Minimum Sustainable Rating 15 MW, and that Spencer (SPNCE_5) has a summer Seasonal Net Max Sustainable Rating of 61 MW, and a summer Seasonal Net Minimum Sustainable Rating 15 MW.
