Texas REP Adds New Officers, Seeks Authority To Collect Deposits

Quest Distributors LLC d/b/a My Quest Energy filed with the Texas PUC a REP certificate amendment application to provide an updated list of Officers and Directors and to request authorization to collect customer deposits

A portion of the amendment was filed under seal

However, the public version of the amendment application lists Mustak Ali as President, Saleem Ali as Vice President, and Inayatali Momin as Treasurer. None of those individuals had previously been identified as associated with the company in any public REP certificate filing for the company. Malik Charania remains listed on the REP certificate amendment, as manager.

A Certificate of Amendment filed with the Texas Secretary of State in April for Quest Distributors LLC added Mustak Ali, Salim H Ali, and Inayatali Momin as among Managers added to the LLC.

A Certificate of Amendment filed with the Texas Secretary of State in April deleted Sadruddin Sarfani as Director and Manager of the LLC, among other deletions. Sadruddin Sarfani is no longer listed in any position with Quest Distributors in the public portion of the REP certificate amendment filing
