Texas Retail Provider Ceasing Operations

Koch Energy Services, LLC has filed a notification and affidavit with the Public Utility Commission of Texas to notify the PUC that Koch Energy Services, "has terminated its retail and wholesale power operations in ERCOT," and that the company, "will soon relinquish its REP Certificate once all billing accounts have settled."
Koch Energy Services holds an Option 1 REP certificate
In a REP certificate amendment application to remove certain employees from the certificate and update its officers, Koch Energy Services indicated that it is not currently providing service to retail customers in Texas
