Oncor Readies Refund To Texas Retail Providers

Oncor issued a market notice stating that, in the next few weeks, Oncor will file a compliance tariff regarding its Capital Structure Refund (Rider CSR) pursuant to Findings of Fact No. 33 and 34 in the Final Order in Docket No. 46957.
Under such order, REPs are required to pass-through the refund to customers (see details here)
Oncor stated in the market notice that Rider CSR may be implemented as early as the first billing cycle of August 2018 which begins on July 26, 2018.
The total amount of the refund is less than $10 million and will be refunded over one month, Oncor said in the market notice
Oncor said in the market notice that it plans to utilize the following existing SAC04 code for providing the CSR:
SAC04 Code: CRE031
SAC04 Description: Utility Service Quality – Other Credit
SAC15 Description: CAPITAL STRUCTURE REFUND
